Bought a washer and dryer,

Bought a washer and dryer, had to miss a half day of work for
Delivery and delivery driver cancel the day of which was
November 30th, of course I took a half of day off work due
To the 4 hour window for delivery time.
Best Buy was to call me back same day and they did not
I had to of course reach back out to them today to keep the
Ball rolling. They then proceed to tell me they can deliver washer on December
12th and Dryer on December 23
Not sure why I would have to wait so long.
Mike in the customer service department was awful
And his Manager was even worse. Where has good customer
Service gone?
