Every time I get big coupons

Every time I get big coupons 30&40% off I send it to my card but when I go to use it in the store they have a hard time getting it to go through. I spend quite a bit in cvs and I get a LOT of prescriptions and very rarely get my $5.00 coupons. I feel cheated.l do all the $1,000.00 sweepstakes surveys and they say I’m never qualify for the money when I I do them and I should qualify all the time as many prescriptions and money I spend there, that’s why I’m not doing anymore surveys cause I think they’re a scam.

WHY I HATE CVS!

Every time I purchase something at CVS I am given a mile long receipt full of coupons. If I happen to get back to the store in time to use said coupons before they expire, and I remember to bring them with me, inevitably I am unable to use said coupons because the item is on sale rendering the coupons unusable! This has happened to me so many times that I just gave up using them and now toss the coupons in the trash. Unfortunately, others do not do this, so I wind up standing in an incredibly long line because customers are arguing with the cashiers about why they are not able to use their coupons!
Honestly, I feel like this is a bait and switch! STOP WITH THE COUPONS! Just give me a discount on my purchases like the grocery stores do when I use my card/number. This really is maddening and definitely keeps me from using your store as much as I normally would. Pretty soon I will stop coming all together!

I was helped by Karen in the pharmacy and she is the most efficient, kind, and patient person. It is a pleasure to see her and she is also very patient with people who visit the pharmacy who are elderly and sometimes get confused about their medication. She takes all the time they need to understand something and she never rushes a customer or seems impatient. Everyone loves her! I give her 5 stars for sure.

We were helped by Karen in the pharmacy and we have to say she is the nicest person who is always helpful, always smiling and very efficient. It is a pleasure to see her when she is on duty because she is always at the top of her game. She works at the store in Yorba Linda, CA located at Village Center Drive and Yorba Linda Blvd.

The entire store staff was most helpful. The Pharmacy Staff (especially Michelle, Patty & BeBe were exemplary! My prescriptions were handled promptly & efficiently. I drive 45 miles to go to this store as they are all so wonderful

Not sure her name.... I’ve frequented this particular cvs for approximately 7years! I’m a fellow couponer n shop at the Oslo n 9th street store quite often!!!
There is a middle aged women working today at approximately 2:30 this afternoon whom I asked a question outside norm of the stores offerings! This worker answered me with what I thought was an appropriate answer until she thought once I exited the building I was not to return in which I did n without her knowledge! I began to shop kneeling down to get better look at product that I had intentions to purchase! As I was viewing one of ur physician Formula makeup product this worker begins to tell the manager Stephanie what was asked n said
N then says the her “ how the hell am I supposed to know!!!”
I felt so outta place that I almost didn’t purchase my $30 worthy of makeup! I felt like throwing it down n walking out in tears! I then had to face her while she then rang up my transactions, n not happily I’ll say!!
I love that store but when she’s working I WILL LEAVE from now on! How very rude! Ya know if cashiers wanna talk Amungst themselves about paying customers, they should 1st make sure ALL customers have exited the building!

Survey is bogus. 16 numbers

Survey is bogus. 16 numbers required but 17 are printed and not in the location expected.. This is demeaning and essentially STUPID. I no longer trust CVS in any respect. It’s a good thing that there are alternate choices because I will no longer go to CVS. You, are immoral, advertising your bogus discounts and your products are no better than other stores.
Please do not insult our intelligence with lies and cheating.

My "survey ID #" is only a

My "survey ID #" is only a set of 16 digits in 4 groups of 4 digits in each group, e.g., 8160 8605 8896 3369. Your entry form request 17 digits so, therefore, I can't answer your survey nor enter your contest.

I cannot say enough GREAT

I cannot say enough GREAT things about the Pharmacy at the CVS in Reseda, California at 18247 Sherman Way 91335.
MELISSA, SONYIA, & KATYA are so wonderful. They really care about the customers and it shows. They ALL go the EXTRA step to make everything alright.
Thank you for the wonderful service and always having a smile on your face and willing to go beyond and above for the customer.

CVS on Ditmars in Astoria NY

CVS on Ditmars in Astoria NY is the most dishonest store I have ever come across.
I doubt that this sweepstakes's is even valid.
I returned an item which I paid cash for and they gave me a cash card. When I used the
card it was for three dollars less than what I paid.
When the manager "Paul" assisted me he reviewed al the evidence then he gave me a slip
for the money when I went to use it they said it was just a slip showing that he gave me three dollars.
However, he never did he did not give me a cash card nor cash. Fortunately he was there today and I asked him about the refund slip and he said that he gave me a card. Which he never did. This is not the first time CVS has lied but it's the last time. I have made a point to just my things at Duane's and Amazon. At least until another pharmacy comes to the neighborhood. BTW Who got the three dollars?

I was pleasantly surprised

I was pleasantly surprised when I was at store # 1976 on S labernum in sandstone Va.. The pharmacy was operated by the most respectful patient of staff..I got a discount on the medications that I was there for and I was happy that the tech that processed my order was quick to help me with my GoodRx app. Also I think maybe that was the first time I have ever spent an hour and a half browsing and shopping after I downloaded the cares card
An excellent experience...so much so that I ended up spending the rest of the night in my hotel room looking through and downloading discounts and coupons on the mobile app..CVS has gained a loyal lifetime customer..Great job CVS

I wanted to enter survey to cite thoughtful advice by your CSR but was rejected when I entered the ID#.
My survey shows 17 number digits and was rejected because the survey only allows 16 digits. A bit
irksome for someone wanting to pay a compliment.
