I went through the drive

I went through the drive through last night to get a veggie burger. It was very good. I think this is a much of shit that I can not take their survey. I can not seem to be able to find it.

Burger King act like sonic .. they tell u drive away from pickup window and park out front and wait 10 mins and a so called manager come out with you’re food asking cars parked out front if it you’re good.. food suck and they put so much mayo on sandwich. Thought this is fast food and they need to open the 1st window to utilize it instead of driving around and waiting. Burger king on antiiley sucked the food was cold and the girl on drive at 4 50 pm sucked april was rude and she almost dropped my drink. Help the service sucked .

I have been trying to complete a survey for Burger King and the system continually is telling me that the information that I am providing is not correct. You have a stupid assed system if you ask me.
Let's talk about Burger King #1694 in Wichita, KS. I had a terrible experience there last night 7/1/2017. First I was overcharged and didn't realize it until I got home and looked at the receipt. I took my purchase back and told the associate Terrica that she overcharged me. She argued with me and told me that she didn't. I said you charged me for a combo and I didn't order a drink. She said she took it off. I said then what is this extra charge. She refused to refund my money but didn't attempt to explain the charge which I knew was in error. I gave my purchase back and vow never to return to Burger King again. What a lousy bunch of associates in this store. Your idiots don't know what the hell they are doing. And Burger King should refund me for my meal that I returned because it got cold while trying to get the associate to understand what she did wrong so I just threw it back to her.

Person taking order unable to comprehend simple requests. Had to repeat order three times at the drive through remote station and twice face to face. She stil got the order wrong. BK #15156; order 72 Drive through. Tuesday, June 20, 2017 7:32 PM.

We went through the drive

We went through the drive thru at Burger King in Tulsa,Okla. At Riverside and 71st street just a few minutes ago and never was waited on. I said,hello after about 8 minutes of waiting and the said, really slow voice I will have to get back with u and so we waited another 8 minutes trying hard not to loose my temper because the grandkids were very impatient and the guy never said can I take your order. No
body else was in the drive thru and only one person eating inside. We decided to go to Popeye's chicken where we were waited on promptly. We went thru the drive thru May 14th around 8:30 PM. I would totally get rid of that lazy guy. I bet if u look at the money that was brought in on the guy working the drive thru u will see hardly any money was brought in. This dude need to be fired and really I never talk this way about anyone but this was not right at all. Thank you for your time and I hope you are able to get resolved soon.
