30/11/18 I was served by a lovely lady called Linda @ the Rochdale branch. She advised me on which product to use on my very dry and sore hands and how to use it. My hands felt better after one application.

All the pharmacy staff at the

All the pharmacy staff at the main Boots (Bondgate Within) in Alnwick are very helpful, always courteous and go that extra mile to make sure you leave satisfied. I go regularly to collect prescriptions and purchase other items. In a small market town if you experience bad customer services everybody gets to know about it. All I would like to say is "thank you" to you all.

Every time I go into the

Every time I go into the wallingford store to get my prescription done they say that they don't have one of the items and they give me a time to return and when I do my prescription isn't even done I have to wait even longer and when it is ready for me it turns out that it's a different medication that they don't have and they ask me to come back to them again in a few days when I'm not local and it not easy for me to return to the store, if you give people a time to return all of there medicine should be re. ready for them and you should give them the correct information before they place the prescription with you so that they have the choice to go elsewhere.

I collect my prescriptions

I collect my prescriptions from Boots in Romsey and have used this shop since the smaller shop in the Town was closed. This closure was an obvious sensible corporate move for Boots however how we then suffered from the near chaos that reigned ........and for far too long! I was very, very close to going elsewhere, the dispensary staff tho' have always, always been most obliging whilst working under extreme pressure - in my opinion it was them that carried the move through! I can only place blame on someone hiding in the background who 'masterminded' the move, they were clearly out of their depth. In Romsey we have tolerated your out of date store which needs in my view total internal refurbishment and a modern, fresh external appearance, please don't make us wait too long, I would nearly go as far as to say that you really do not deserve te staff that you have, pleas imprve quickly!

BOOTS offer so much all in

BOOTS offer so much all in one store. The range of items that are offered treat any individual regardless of sex, race or age, religion or political association, Everyone who shops at Boots is treated as an equal. The goods which are on sale treat your body not only on the out side but on the inside too.

The product range can start from the top of your head right down to your BOOTS

The Boots which is located on

The Boots which is located on the Retford Hospital site do have a separate counter for purchasing food/drinks etc but it is always closed; therefore hospital staff who like to buy their lunch there have to wait in long queues as we have to use the prescription counter, this sometimes goes out of the store as there isn't enough room to queue inside. When we only get half an hour for lunch it is sometimes a 10 minute wait which is ridiculous. Why don't you install a self service counter for people wanting to buy food/drinks etc. I for one will not be buying any more from this Boots store and will buy my lunch elsewhere. The staff often look hassled, over worked and sometimes about to break into tears.

I would like to thank

I would like to thank Michelle at the University of Nottingham boots shop in the Portland building for her professional and warm greeting. I tend to use the boots outlet for sandwiches and buying razors and such like on a regular basis and it is always a pleasure to find a bubbly friendly face always there to brigten the day. It seems Michelle has the gift to put a smile on everyones face and make the day just that little bit brighter. Thanks for making my day

What a very pleasant experience I had today at Boots Pharmacy Wingate. Durham. I booked a flu jab there. I presented myself for the procedure and was so glad I decided to go there. Smartly turned out staff and so very friendly. Special thanks to Lisa and her directions and to Alison the Pharmacist who did the deed. I shall return next year year. Thank you.

My experience with Boots

My experience with Boots Sidmouth is not good. The staff are friendly & helpful, but why oh why do I have problems with my prescription? I dread picking it up on the date I am told, because it often is not ready or they don't have item/items & I have to go in again on another day so that they can get another prescription from the GP. Also, I had an appointment on a specific day & time for a flu jab, & when I arrived for my appointment, was told they had run out of vaccine. They said they had notified some people, but not me. Why not? They have my e-mail address & my telephone number. Sorry Boots, but you are not giving a good service here in Sidmouth!

Your Letchworth pharmacy is

Your Letchworth pharmacy is understaffed. There is USUALLY a queue of customers awaiting attention at the pharmacy, or at the adjacent counter awaiting provision of non prescription medication.
The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and informative, and I appreciate that answering customer's questions regarding their prescriptions is an important but time consuming exercise.
Cutting staff levels to a minimum may be good for profits and dividends but is does not enhance the reputation you as a company have built up over many years.
Yours sincerely.

F Turner

P.S. a reply would be appreciated.

I would like to take this

I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation to Dean who works at No. 60 Gracechurch Street. He is always chirpy and keen to help. I am hopeless when it comes to understanding how the Boots App works but he would always be more than happy to explain and help me find the best deals Boots had on offer. His patience and eagerness to help me benefit the best there was on offer was admirable. There are some qualities in a person that cannot be trained and Dean has those qualities. He is an absolute STAR!
